MASTER PLAN
Building on Biltmore Park's existing retail and office, the project will include a regional stadium-seating theater, 226,000 SF of specialty retail and restaurants, a 165-room full service Hilton hotel, 184,216 SF of office space and 274 residential units, many of which will be vertically integrated above the shops creating a pedestrian-friendly environment.

Biltmore Park's signature element is a tree-lined esplanade that will run from a state of the art YMCA to the 16-screen 57,220 SF cinema. Operated by Regal, it will be Asheville's first stadium cinema. They will be joined by REI and Barnes & Noble as anchor tenants and the project will feature Asheville newcomer P.F.Chang's as a lead restaurant.
